Initial Consultation

A short call or home visit to learn what good company looks like for you. We note interests, preferred pace, cultural needs, boundaries, risks, and the times that suit.

Personalized Care Plan

Your plan sets visit length and frequency, activity ideas, outing options, transport, and safety notes. It links supports to your NDIS goals and budgets.

Support Pairing

We shortlist workers who match your interests, language, and any gender or culture preferences. You meet first, then begin with a trial visit to confirm the fit.

Regular Review

We track mood, engagement, and attendance, then adjust activities or timing. Backup cover is arranged if your companion is away so your routine stays steady.
