Community Participation

Support to get out, join in, and build confidence in everyday community life. We plan activities that match your interests and goals.

The Community Participation You Deserve

Equal Vision helps you take part in local activities at a pace that feels right. We organise transport, plan your day, and provide friendly support so new places feel comfortable and safe.

Our Community Participation Services Include:

How We Work With You

We shape community time around your interests, budget, and energy.
Initial Consultation

We talk through interests, accessibility needs, transport options, support ratios, and any safety considerations. You tell us what a good outing looks like.

Personalized Care Plan

Your plan lists preferred activities, days, and locations. It covers transport, costs, contacts, and simple goals such as confidence or new skills.

Support Pairing

We match you with a worker who knows the area and shares your interests. A short trial outing helps confirm the fit before regular sessions begin.

Regular Review

We note what went well, add new ideas, and adjust timing or locations. Extra support is arranged for busy events so days stay calm and enjoyable.

Community Participation You Can Count On

From a coffee at the local café to a class at the community centre, we make it easier to show up and feel welcome. You choose the pace. We handle the planning, travel, and gentle coaching, then share quick updates with you or your family.
