COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN.

Equal Vision Australia Pty Ltd provides NDIS services (Daily Activities & Community Access) and quality care for all our clients, in line with the New South Wales Government’s COVID Safe Settings guidelines. 

All NDIS services provided by Equal Vision Australia Pty Ltd are subject to a COVID Safe Plan to ensure all participants and staff are kept safe and risks are effectively managed.

COVID Safe Servicing Plan & Our Mutual Responsibilities

As per our COVID Safe plan, Equal Vision Australia Pty Ltd has taken the following measures to keep our clients and staff safe:

• Equal Vision Australia Pty Ltd is following the requirements outlined under the NSW Government's vaccine mandate. All our team members are authorised workers and have had their first COVID 19 vaccine either on or before the 15th of October and will need to be fully vaccinated by the 26th of November at the latest.

• If you would like information regarding your cleaner's vaccine status, please get in touch with us via admin@equalvision.com.au and we can provide you with this information.

• Support staff must wear PPE (masks) and practice frequent hand hygiene whilst at a Client’s home.

• Support Staff must practice physical distancing (1.5 metres) while in customers’ homes or offices.

• All cleaners have been certified in COVID-19 Infection Control Training.

• We regularly communicate with our Support workers regarding their health and the importance of isolating, getting tested, and seeking further medical advice if they feel unwell; and 

• Support staff are aware that they are not to attend work if they or any of their close contacts display any COVID-19 symptoms.

• We recognise that getting through this is a team effort, and so we kindly ask our customers to also take some precautions:

• If you or someone in your home is experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, please notify us immediately.

• If you or someone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19 and your Support worker has recently completed a service at your place, please notify us immediately so we can notify your Carer to get tested and self-isolate.
